Job Description

The role is a full-fledged CFO role. The successful candidate will Lead the 150+ accounting and finance team to deliver high quality financial input to the business and the shareholdersAs part of the management team, support business decisions and on-going operational improvement projects financiallySet-up systems to improve IFRS reporting and risk managemenBe the everyday contact to the Geopost Group 

The Successful Applicant

A highly accomplished finance professional with demonstrated success in one or more CFO rolesA total of 15-20 years experience, preferably including Big 4 and/or financial management role in an international company or a Turkish CorporateUndergraduate degree from a reputable universityMBA is preferred, but not requiredStrong financial analysis capabilities, analytical skills and data-driven thinkingPrevious experience in supporting the business as the finance lead in the management team, managing large teams and IFRS/TFRS Reporting Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Turkish
