QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Head of Human Resources to ensure that all human resources operations are carried on smoothly and effectively for our one of customer who is a leading manufacturing company in Denizli.

Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance and labour relationsImproves organisational effectiveness and productivity by overseeing the planning, development, and delivery of professional development and job-related skill training opportunitiesPlanning and directing employee training and development programsContinuous development of people leadership capability & capacity at all levels and the promotion/development of an organisational culture that supports the business strategy and performance objectivesAdvises employees and supervisors regarding performance and disciplinary issues, administers progressive discipline and grievance procedures consistently, listens to employee and supervisor concerns, conducts investigations as needed, and recommends a plan of actionFormulating personnel systems and strategies appropriate to the company’s corporate mission and goals.Designs and directs and manages a company-wide process of organisation development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organisation design, and change managementDirects a process of organisational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company. Evaluates plans and changes to plans. Makes recommendations to executive managementDevelop the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raisesAssists with the development of and monitors the spending of the corporate training budget

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development or other related fieldAt least 15 years of human resource management experience requiredStrong background in employee relations and reorganization in all human resources functions especially in change managementDemonstrated ability to interact effectively with the company Board of DirectorsMust have strong organisational, management, analytical, supervisory and problem-solving skills, including conflict resolutionHands-on experience in all aspects of HR managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEnglish skills are mandatory.Preferably residing/ will be able to reside in Denizli or nearby cities.
