QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an “Employee Services and Performance Management Manager”for our client, which is one of the leading food manufacturing company.


GENERAL

Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the functions, activities, and supervising the team in the functions of Human Resources (administration, payroll, compensation & benefits etc.)

 RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the conduct & development of an effective HR Employee Service including payroll and HR information systems.Contribute to the development of the company’s people strategy and ensure the effective operational implementation of all people initiatives, projects and programmes. Implement continuous improvement processes to ensure that all HR employee service systems and processes are fit for purpose. Provide vision and leadership to your team by managing people, performance, development, health and wellbeing issues and resources effectively and in line with relevant policies and procedures.Support the development of the HR team to ensure the service continues to meet the needs of the company as a whole. Provide proactive, professional advice and practical experience on employee relations issues including employment, performance management, absence, discipline and grievance matters.Resolve complex HR policy and employee issues involving and engaging with key stakeholders.Define and measure key people performance indicators against success measures to drive continuous improvement and coordinate check off target meetings. Manage and build a designated budget ensuring that value for money is achieved in all circumstances through the monitoring and control of expenditure and the early identification of any financial irregularity. Comply with Group confidentiality and information security policies at all times. 

REQUIREMENTS 

Bachelor´s degree required in related areas Min. 7 + years’ experience in Employee Services, industrial relations, payroll, compensation & benefits Knowledge of Labor law, SGK, ISKUR etc.Budget management, KPI management experience Native Turkish, fluent English PREFERRED CANDIDATE POSITION INFORMATION
