QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a ”Sales Manager” who will directly report to General Manager and CEO. 

University degree in related fields, master degree preferred,Very good command of English,Min. 10 years previous experience in a similar position, FMCG company for Traditional Trade,Experience in people management and distributor management,Strong ability to work within and be successful in a highly matrixed environment,Excellent selling, communication, negotiation and influencing skills,Advanced interpersonal and leadership skills,


Develop and execute the sales stratergy to meet defined sales goals, including negotiation of annual agreements, pricing plans and all promotional plans,Work with management to develop and execute annual business plan including distributor’s assessment and sales opportunities,Handle the full sales cycle from identifying a new sales opportunity until successfully closing a deal,Monitor sales KPI per sales teams in live with annual operating plan by category,Analyze both area and sales team data on a daily basis, devising a suitable plan to achieve sales goals and close performance gaps if needed,Coach and develop sales team to ensure their Professional development and to ensure that the organization’s need for future leaders is consistently met,
