QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

·      reviewing laws and regulations and preparing relevant information notes;

·      getting acquainted with the applicable legislation (in particular, energy law, commercial law, law of obligations and employment law) and providing regulatory updates,

·      drafting and reviewing various contracts, legal opinions, internal reports and petitions;

·      supporting external legal counsels on following up litigation procedures,

·      drafting and following up company secretariat and all other corporate documents necessary under Turkish Commercial Code requirements (including notarizations and Trade Registry visits)

·      conducting detailed legal research,

·      supporting Ethics Officer with Ethics Line procedures,

·      assisting the team in archiving and corporate memory Management.

Skills and Experience:

·      Not obliged to have admission to any Turkish bar

·      University graduate from a Law school in Turkey or graduated from foreign law school and currently having Turkish law equivalency classes

·      Not obliged to have admission to any Turkish bar

·      Corporate law practise is welcomed

·      Native Turkish speaker and good command in English language is a must.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Well-organised

·      Team player
