QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in all HR functions (experience in IT recruitment is a necessity),

·       University or master degree in relevant fields,

·       Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,

·       Familiarity with startup up enviroment and tech culture,

·       Proactive, eager to learn and to take on new challenges,

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

·       Residancy in İstanbul; Asian side is a plus.

Our new teammate will: 

·       Be responsible of hr operations such as training, organisational development, recruitment and daily employee relations.

·       Focus on recruitment in a fast paced enviroment, especially on IT roles. Develop new strategies to reach the best candidates,

·       Plan and execute internal and external training programs, 

·       Support HRM in preparing HR budget and headcount planning. 

·       Focus on employee satisfaction and loyalty with creative employer branding initiatives.
